Nah. Huffman was always Klein and Pierce's hired help. Why else would they knowingly hire an attorney barred by OTC Markets from presenting even the sleazy OTC market companies as attorney?
He just did what he was told. A bit like an IRP - pay no attention to the truth, just take the money and run.
