You would be correct on both counts. FDA is in bed with Reckitt Benckiser. But, also this drug has no effect on Titan or it's potential market share.

Though uncommon, many years back I was in Dendreon and the FDA made them go back to the drawing board. The suck part is knowing this ones a winner and having to wait out the game.
