Probably just needed higher ups time to sign off on it. Like we said, ATP is not a desperate company. News will come when ready with sec guidelines.

Its consistency. Look at the trend of the filings. APT has been transparent through the whole process. The majority have expected it and known it. There are still many good things to come. But I'm sure there will be some surprises as well. Currently, we are all in a position to make our own decision on whether we want to play or not. It's risk vs reward. Good luck
