Shorting is dead easy: just advance $2.50 of collateral for every share you want to short.

Well, technically, $2.50 minus the value of the share, so $2.499 for every share. If you short 1 million HPNN shares, with $2.49M of collateral, and the stock drops by $0.0005, you'll clear $500 (minus borrowing fees and brokerage fees). If you want to make money than that, gamble more millions $$$.
