Guilty as charged. I gave up last summer, when our local loony Texan had a meltdown and launched into one vitriolic personal attack after another. There is no point in making thinking "evident" when so many don't even bother reading posts beyond finding a jumping-off point to take cheap shots, or to give out yet another basketball score nobody gives a flying $#@% about.
It is what it is. Not sure how it can be any different when there is such a strong undercurrent of platform advocacy. I have gotten a couple of interesting longer-term private correspondances from the board, maybe that's as much as one can expect?
Speaking of which - yes - you know who you are - I know I owe you a proper proposal. Working on it! :)
