I personally love the idea, if I could buy a gold card and hold that in the value of gold from a stop at 7-11 I'd buy them, same as something like this, almost like a pinch of gold dust at the saloon to pay for my whiskey

I agree, I love the idea too and I am guessing it will happen in the not too distant future.

Of course there are hurdles here though, an example is if you bought 1 BTC and the price goes to 100K you better not have lost that card.

Unfortunately there is nothing proprietary about these Bitcoin cards. Bitcoin Collect should hurry at get this to the market.

I manage 11 convenience stores and I would love to but Bitcoin Collect prepaid bitcoin cards on the shelf.

Still as a consumer I would need the personal guarantee that the bitcoin card I'd be buying would not have it's private key compromised.
