Eltp could make more going it alone IF AND ONLY IF they could get as many sales as they would get with Actavis handling everything.

So you tell me what the difference is between Elite partnering with Actavis VS. hiring Actavis to do the manufacturing and marketing???

I'm not so sure Elite wouldn't make more money on the latter scenario. Again, I prefer a partnership but I'm not convinced Elite couldn't be able to do without it given Nasrat's connections in the field.

I agree 'elichen' !!!! Not to mention if they would just go ahead and merge with Epic and make it all one public company !!! I see nothing but upside for all the Insider's as well as US longs for Epic to merge into Elite and partner with Activas on a fair deal !!! If Activas would not agree to a fair deal then maybe another big pharma would. If not, just merge Epic and Elite and move forward with the "ADT" !!!
