NR....3.50 could hold. The real issue is whether IBB holds 2.23. If not then 2.13 is in play and IDRA finds a corresponding price.

Without a significant PR for a specific stock (like IDRA )then the bios are going to follow the sector action and IDRA will be in the herd...JMO
