You are right. Fidelity still taking orders for BUY and SELL. If anyone is having problems,
check with Market Makers that your Broker deals with.

Yeah, that was weird. The second time I went to sell, the order went through no problem. I wonder why it was halted the first time. Like yourself, I couldn't find record of it.
