That would be in a DTCC Global Corporate Actions Bulletin.

In fact, if Monday is the effective date, I would expect to see it in todays OTC filings on the DTCC website.

As of right now, that doc hasn't been released for 04.04.2014.

If anyone has the press, or anything other than heresay ... lets bring it to the front of the line so as not to perpetuate false rumors.

That might encourage some spurious buying today (a false rumor), then when Monday rolls around and there are no updates ... kind of shoots a hole in the bottom of the boat.
