Brez, I come up with $9.69/share...

after a few modifications. I changed the block 1 percentage to equal the block 2 percentage so I could value the overlay only. I wanted to be somewhat conservative so I changed the overlay to 1.2 billion barrels. Since the overlay is proven, I used $9 per barrel for the value.
