Asaiki/Asiakey Introduces new Ethernet Over Copper Solution to Asian Markets
Completes representative agreement with Rim Semiconductor Company . launching sales and marketing in China , Singapore and Tawain.
TAIPEI , TAIWAN : February 27, 2006 :
Asaiki Technology Pte Ltd and Asiakey Technology Ltd have completed representative agreement s with Rim Semiconductor Company (OTC BB: RSMI), an emerging provider of semiconductors to the broadband telecommunications industry . Asaiki and Asiakey launch sales and marketing programs for promoting Rim Semiconductor solutions in China , Singapore and Taiwan .
China leads the DSL world with over 21 million subscribers followed by the US , which has close to 16 million, according to researcher In-Stat. It has grown from a $2 billion semiconductor market during the 90's to the third-largest semiconductor-consuming country worldwide. China will continue to grow at twice the pace of the entire semiconductor industry over the next five years.
