I guarantee you that the insiders paid somewhat less than $0.89 a share...89 cents is the deemed valuation to support the exchange ratio for the amalgamation of the Capital Pool Company and the original Tweed corporate entity... the shareholders of the LWI, for example paid 50 cents a share for theirs. The original shareholders of Tweed no doubt paid even less.
