They have proven themselves, THEY HAVE A GROW LICENSE. My point still stands, we are in a bubble right now. Where fundamentals takes a back seat, to the hype and future prospect in the biggest sector boom since the tech stocks in the 90's.

Look at VAPE and CBDS, no revenues reported
and trading $16, $8, respectively.
Take into consideration a decent float here as well, this will fly for the next couple weeks.
