I've got no issue (thus far, anyway) with the guy's analyses, but his credibility would be far greater if he were the real Tim Howard, so to pretend to be TH when he's not makes him suspect in my book.

Let the analyses stand on their own merits if they're good; don't try to delude people hungry for information- it's disingenuous at best and a total freaking lie at worst.

Why isn't Watt/FHFA publishing the conservatorship scorecard? It has been put out each year in March. I have contacted the FHFA , Watt, and the ombudsmen, and not gotten any response. I am requesting everyone to contact them through the FHFA website. We need to put pressure on them. I'm feeling the reason they do not want to put it out, is because. It will point out. They should be released from conservatorship. Please take a moment and contact them.
