shareholders of LWI.H Will become TWD shareholders... LW capital is effectively "acquiring" TWD by issuing the current Tweed shareholders a bunch of shares... So many in fact that the bulk of the outstanding shares are issued to the current Tweed shareholders... That's what makes it a "reverse" takeover.

In any case the thing to remember is that LWI and TWD are the same entity now... The trading symbol will change, the capital structure will change, the business will change, and the share price will most assuredly change, but it is not an IPO or a secondary offering or anything like that. It's already listed. Just reopening "under new management"!
