Steve jobs did not leave the phone there at the bar but if he did it could have been looked at as giving "inside" info out to the public and got his company in trouble( O and I bet that guy got his A** fired the next day)... I love the buzz the pic can/is creating but it could also be looked at as inside info if you were an investigator with the SEC.. I am not trying to have us suspended for 14 days so I would greatly appreciate him not giving any info out to the few...
