My take is that they have two products:
Score Navigator is a program that suggests fixes that a client can do themselves to improve their credit score in 30 days and longer term actions 90 days.
Credit DNA is similar to the above but is hands on approach as a specialist looks after the more complicated fixes that probably fall into the 90 day window and would likely be handled better by someone in the credit repair business.

It's something that a consumer would need four months or years at a time. And… More and more need it. Not just a quick one month fix for most.
