I am seeing that too both on E-trade Pro and at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VGPR/quote. I am guessing a T-Trade went through that was for .007 that caused the last trade PPS to go up. If you look at the chart it shows that we closed at .0056 but I am not complaining that my account shows .007 :-D.
On a seriously note though, I think we should see .007 in short term tomorrow morning especially if we have another gap and run like we had this morning.
