I have received 2 separate stock divs. I just hope I can time the r/s before it happens and get out this time.
The last time (weather you want to know this or not, if not, skip to any next post) was from svxp, aka cali, aka who the hell knows before that.... made a small announcement in a Dec. 05 pr that they did intend to do a r/s, by April 6th (or maybe 9th) 2006. Why would a company put such a specific date like april 6th, if they didn't mean to deceive you into holding longer. But, BUT... they r/s without an announcment on the Friday before MLK day. Well, actually, they did post a announcement after 2:45 on that Friday. Not a lot of time to do much is there. The name change and r/s was official at the end of day Friday. What's real sickening, I have observed and suffered this same technique 5 times in a years span. R/s'ing before a monday holiday.
