Is this the same 200 mill from dec?
Any idea how many became free trading in dec to drive the price down then??

Looks like there are two floats here; the float based on shares that should be free trading and the float based on shares that are actually cleared in accounts for trading. If those numbers vary greatly the pps could possibly fall much lower (that is if the old investors are willing to sell at a loss).
