The share structure is going to change heavily.
Current :
Authorized shares 300 million
Shares outstanding 236 million

Future :
I expect the number of authorized shares to be close to 1 billion.
The amount of shares outstanding to be around 600 million.
We did not just buy a few websites. We "bought" a new business at a price of about 300 million shares. See it from the other side. A private company is public from one day to the next. Did not have to go through the registration process. You also can say we got bought.

Still I think a good deal for both sides. Also with 600 million outstanding shares it's a bargain.
