I don't see how today's offering would affect the existing warrants strike prices. Did you see that somewhere in the filing? To me, since the offering is made well above book value, the positions of the warrant holders' are not diluted.

If there was a stock split (or reverse split), the strike price of the warrants would be adjusted. Not so with today's offering from what I can see.
