In Most cases what u say its true, anyhow be careful cuz if u rely on that u can easily become bagholder and bet against the stock - example HALO, halo had 13.00 price offering went to 15.00 + after that.. a lot of ppl were holding - halo fell... halo retested support- completed head and sholders and now HALO is - 11.69... and its still going down :P...
KNDI - im stuck in bad trade there - price offering of 18.30 - it was 22.00 - retested 18.00 jumped to 19 for 1 day and then- all red .... - now 15 +. .. and its not rly going up shortly
