just speculation but maybe patent litigation is going well but may take some time. lets face it, TCPS's only assets were the patents, untill this mj business model came to light. mj business is a good for generating revenue for tcps in the meantime, they diversified, cant blame em . they are supplying the mj infrastructure . more money was made selling pik axes, shovels, and gold pans, supplies etc, during the gold rush, then was made with the actual gold. we are in the midst of the "green rush" nowadays, so suppling the mj infrastructure makes good business sense imo. patents on back burner is just icing on the cake if something becomes of them.
