can someone explain this please?? i'm missing something.(cut and paste from attorney letter dtd 3/31/14)
"As of March 27, 2014, the authorized common shares of the
Issuer are 100,000,000 at $0.0001 par value, with 256,287,880 common shares outstanding."
SING way over the authorized of 100mil right?
