POM, there's no question that a quick buyout would be preferred by many here. But isn't it possible that Berger sees better things for the company and better long term value for shareholders as a stand alone company.

If the buyout advocates had their way we would have been sold many times at much lower prices than we trade at today.

Personally, it's my opinion that Berger will not sell in the near future. If his motives are flawed, he will get some very vocal dissension from the new Board member. That will tend to make his life a little less pleasant and may change his thinking.
