If you are asking why your option premiums tanked. It's because regardless of the large move in the stock price, MNKD is still only trading right at your strike price. There really aren't any catalyst left for that stock between now and your options expiration so it's highly likely that your premium will continue to erode. Unless of course the stock price goes up.
