In 2006 when the case was filed, ARSC was trading as high as $0.50, so it was no worthless company

If technology is so good, why have they had so much trouble to find financing? You would think after Katrina, Sandy, and the countless tornados and nor'easters it would be a no brainer to an investor. That's why ARSC, and now HFC@ fails my smell test.

ReliOn got bought because they are a privately owned company and is much easier to roll into the organization than a public company
