To everyone: Alright, first did anyone try to contact Basu and ask her for the names of the NJ- and Houston/Texas-based groups that they signed contracts with? If so, any response?

Two, did anyone contact any groups from these areas, including the link $uper pointed us to?

If not, I will do both -- I'm just checking so we're not all beating down doors with pitchforks and torches.

I have not performed either of those activities. I would suggest first giving Basu an opportunity to provide the correct identity of the new client rather than querying some medical business located in Houston just because their business is similar to what we think may not be the correct proper noun name of the new client.
