The shares are to someone for the money!! In essence a loan to yourself!!

Until you buy the shares back!!

Otherwise why not sell shares from the company on the open market??

The lenders made the rules On the "loan" to the company!!

On how much the company can dilute!!

Otherwise I am sure PEIX would have rather just used cash on hand if the lenders were not so restrictive in their loans!!
