Thanks for all the replies! Shows the support and GREAT peep here.
SG as for the 10K I honestly believe it is probably ready if the auditors are paid it probably will appear. Then Shares will be sold to pay for it?? I figure it is a catch 21. damned if you do damned if you don't!
I had been told that the co has been filing all this time and wants to continue. It is ALL ABOUT MONEY and what gets more BANG FOR THE BUCK. I know when the extension was first filed for they worked through the week end on the 10K so I feel they had or still have every intention of filing it. Hopefully with the downloads picking up and rev coming in this will not be a problem next time. We all know Revenue is the Key at this point but with a few more breaks and we all will be HAPPY.
One more thing I did ask about LIGHTSQUARED and was assured that is still on there TO DO list. There is still hope there. If anyone has anything new on LIGHTSQUARED please let us know because we are still on their list.
