PEIX and 100Mil shelf good news !!!

The $100M shelf filing was filed over 2 years ago. I remember this,
it was in June at an annual meeting.

I think this is good for PEIX they can use the strong Company
position to open new plants, buy other plants, pay for things
in cash, so future gains will be much more profitable. I would
like to see them pay a dividend on common shares just like GPRE
did.

Look for 100% of company maybe from sale of shelf stock.
