I think they're headed for Guiness as the "Longest Running Mining Scam".
And they've faced some stiff competition.




Would it be safe to say that if these "crooks" are in the midst of the worlds best/longest running mining scam they could have simply taken an industry standard JV ten years ago and made out just fine without the legal overhang?

I suppose ones answer lies in their belief in the mountain yes?
