350,000 shares at last 5 mins?

200k of it is showing up as a Form-T. The other 154k barely made it into normal trading session with only 24 seconds to go, so is not coded as Form-T.

They are also tagged as "unknown" as opposed to "buy" or "sell" trades.

These are always murky with OTC stocks here in pennyland, but most likely these represent large trades during the day which the MM for some reason decided that it did not want the public to see. Unfortunately we will never know the reason. Sometimes it is legitimate in that MM's see the avg volume, the current stack of bids/asks, and do not want to cause a panic or other feverish reaction in the market by disclosing a big trade (whether buy or sell). So they wait until the EOD and disclose them. It is legal to not disclose trades real-time, so long as they disclose them by EOD (and if past market hours, then via Form-T reporting as we see here).

Again, not saying for sure that this is what it is, as no one will ever know for sure, but just describing what occurs most of the time something like this happens in pennyland...
