Nobody got crushed on the news. I made it very clear to everyone TRTC was not going to be profitable Q4. They lost $400K on an operational basis in Q3 and sales was projected to be the same for Q4. Anybody with 1/2 a brain understands that. Forget the fancy paperwork as many convertibles and derivatives played a part same as the Q1,2014. Revenues of $1.0 Mil still not enough to be profitable.

However, that is where everything changes end of Q1. Many convertibles, derivatives, warrant excersizes, along with other non-recurring end. Not to mention some of the recent deals give TRTC about 20% of revenues for management fees with no investment. IMO, we will be profitable in Q2 with no MMJ to the tune of about $200-$400K. Also IMO a very large EG contract coming very soon. This is a story stock from this alone but...

We now have a seasoned management laying the groundwork for the largest infrastructure for MJ in the whole United States of America. To top this off TRTC has hired lobbyists to change political opposition and ensure this medicine becomes available to everyone in need and the rights of all adults who would like to smoke recreationally. Didnt Derek already said the goal was to grow for Phillip Morris?

Also they are not blowing smoke up our azz as todays news makes it very clear they are going after these grow permits. Plus not hardly a day goes by where our little CEO is being interviewed or on a national level or PR to some degree. Now we hear one state has decided to go the route of the lottery...that to could be very beneficial especially knowing we have several applications.

In conclusion TRTC is in the catbirdseat as BobBrinker would have said. While you bygrass are very short term in thinking and cant see the trees in the forest we see the happy ending with the white picket fence.
