(3) Update on current float any day now (per recent PR)
(4) Announcement of Spring Launch of new products by mid-Spring (per email reply from IR)

Likely Possibilities:
(1) New partnerships
(2) New acquisitions (CEO has stated plan is for 5 within 2014)
(3) Share buyback/cancelation to reduce OS (CEO wants to uplist to AMEX in near future)
