When they talk about the ownership of the insiders they include the shares after the preferred conversion but its not clear whether the 1,275,000 preffered shares which convert to 127,500,000 commons are in addition to the 559,274,233 outstanding or the converted outstanding is 686,774,233?
Giving a market cap of 2,237,096.93 or 2,747,096.93 respectively.
Any idea?
Seems if they could get that debt collected and get some additional wells pumping there could be some hope here?
Just not seeing a catalyst, do you?
No buyers these days so they will need something to move this higher? Thoughts?
