One possible reason that has kept Clark silent for the last 4-5 months is that, probably, the company is doing
a share buyback. The kind of run that his other company has experienced recently, he already knows how easily with the help of some (fluff or non-fluff) PRs he could've easily sent this stock also towards stratosphere but, maybe, due to the share buy back he wants the share price to remain as low as possible until he finishes the buy backs.

Maybe this is all just some wishful thinking, but we all will find out in 12 days when the financials will come out.
