Finally, in closing, the company would like to inform the investment community that we contacted the OTC Market this morning and learned that the annual report for the year of 2013 was due on March the 31(st) of the present year; therefore, the company will immediately seek assistance from its legal counsel to complete and submit all required filings on or before April 11(th) , 2014 to bring the company back to current status.
