Fair point. I am beginning some due diligence here after noting the recent surge upward. I have been burned by a lot of small micro-caps like this before, but in my experience small companies like this which go to the trouble and expense of becoming fully reporting, and with filing audited financial statements, are not prone to warranting serious suspicion. To me, audited financials and full and current reporting with the SEC is a sign of true legitimacy.
