On a similar note, 'everyone' knew that 3 billion shares were going to be retired. The stock was under .003. I was buying in the 20's, sometimes the only trade in an hour's period. Then the retirement was confirmed, and it moved to over $0.0140. How did that happen? Wasn't it priced in?????
