Cant fault your enthusiasm.

One thing though.

Getting the money and contract is the easiest part (was this easy ?? !!).

(A lot of contracts go wrong from the outset because management seems to think that getting the contract and downpayment is the success and not the timely completion of it)

Performing the contract and getting it working (in Russia too boot) is another.
It aint going to be easy .......

Hopefully they will have Uli Atvar fully involved there ...
