You bet it moves when all these so called expert traders play it right. These guys that have been flipping this have literally lost thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars. The float is controlled, the only reason why it's not moving steady is because they are just exchanging shares. It's comical actually but you will never get them to admit it. We ALL know how much they are making on a flip and it is NOTHING compared to if they had just held on and FORCED the MM's to take it up. The guy that said they grabbed his one million shares at the ask confirms they want and NEED shares but these boneheads are too thick between the ears to figure it out.
