Buyouts also come from unsolicited offers. And buyers don't care about who the company just hired.

Just weeks back everyone was saying a buyout was assured due to denner joining the board now it's, There will be no buyout we just hired a vp. Maybe a bit of moderation should be exercised and people should understand there are a lot of moving parts. As long as denner owns a part of this company a buyout is in the cards. It is highly likely that it is his goal to exit his investment through a buyout.
