Appraisal of Land & Incentives
They also had an appraisal completed on the land which valued it at approx. 22 MIL They have a 20 year lease on the land with no Pmts First Two Years (total 10 MIL PMTS) with $100 buy at the end of the lease. Plus incentives. This can bring a lot of Equity into the company. IMO
