Wow, I called Miramar yesterday also in addition to Pacific I referenced earlier, and just got a call back from Miramir. Talked with Kevin Price who updated me with what he knows about our shell of a company. While they no longer work with KRFG, he had said that company is close to doing a reverse merger. Didn't know when or what industry, but said to watch news wires for new developments. Thought a deal was in fact likely. I prodded him on when this might be, but he said he had no idea, but again mentioned press release about it. So, I guess we sit and wait to see what happens. Anything with this one is gravy considering I thought they were dead!
