Campiti is well known in the industry, with a career that began in 1982 as a comic book writer, scripting such titles as Superman's adventures for DC. By the mid-1980s he had co-founded and was editing for what became Malibu Comics, which was later acquired by Marvel. Campiti co-created Malibu's top-selling launch title EX-MUTANTS, spawning a video game and other licensing and solidifying his early stake in transmedia. In 1988 Campiti founded his own comic book company, Innovation Publishing, which quickly grew to become the 4th largest comic book publisher in the country under his leadership. After leaving Innovation, Campiti founded Glass House Graphics in 1993. LAWRENCE has written comics since the mid-'80s, beginning with The Ex-Mutants, an IP that quickly became a Sega Genesis videogame. David has more recently become a New York Times best-selling author, penning graphic novels with Karen Marie Mining (Fever Moon) and Patricia Briggs (Mercy Thompson). As a "go-to" freelance editor for special projects, he has worked with such well known novelists as Jim Butcher, Laurell K. Hamilton, Sherrilyn Kenyon, and "Game of Thrones" author George R.R.
