Do I really need to state this? Do your DUE DILIGENCE. The company recently had a reverse merger and is no longer the company that LEGALLY HAD TO BE REFLECTED IN THE ANNUAL REPORT. Totally different company, totally different cause, totally different direction, totally different everything.

Wow. Unbelievable. If you're going to throw your money into any piece of crap, read about that piece of crap so you can defend yourself from responses like mine. I don't understand why anyone would blindly throw money at something without doing this.

Just my two cents but they go a long way in investing, especially when it comes to OTC tickers.
