Per 10-Q: A/S 1.5 Billion, O/S 215 Million.

"As of January 31, 2014 there are 1,500,000,000 shares of common stock at par value of $0.001 per share authorized and 215,000,000 issued and outstanding."

Says they want to raise 500k to fund operation this year. That would be another 500 million at .001 into the market if all the cash comes from selling shares.
